This Privacy Policy explains how Matthias Kirchner (“we”, “us”) processes personal data when you visit unikhorne.dev and related UNIKHORNE projects linked from this site.

Portfolio site. unikhorne.dev is a static project overview. Each linked product (WarEra Tools, Ulveth, Dropforge, Bodypump Stats, TradeNations) may have its own privacy policy — see section 3.

When you visit the landing page, we may process:

Server logs — IP address, browser type, requested URL, and timestamp (standard nginx access logs on our VPS).
No cookies — the landing page itself does not set tracking cookies or require login.
External links — clicking a project card leaves this site; the destination service applies its own policy.

Legal basis (GDPR): legitimate interest in operating and securing the website (Art. 6(1)(f)).

3. Linked UNIKHORNE projects

Products linked from the landing page process additional data under their own policies:

WarEra Tools (warera.unikhorne.dev) — web suite + UNIKHORNE Bot on Discord. Privacy: warera.unikhorne.dev/privacy
Ulveth (ulveth.online) — browser game; no account on the public prototype.
Dropforge (dropforge.unikhorne.dev) — browser game; no account required.
Bodypump Stats (unikhorne.dev/bodypump) — login-protected gym stats; session cookies for authenticated users only.
TradeNations (tradenations.unikhorne.dev) — in development; policy will be published before public launch.
Discord community — discord.gg/NZFnjtZtPZ is hosted by Discord Inc.

4. Hosting & processors

Hetzner Online GmbH — VPS hosting in Germany (unikhorne.dev and several sub-services).
GitHub — source code hosting (no visitor data from this page).

We do not sell personal data.

5. Retention

Web server logs — typically rotated after a few weeks (server default).
Project-specific data — see the respective product privacy policy.

6. Your rights

If you are in the EU/EEA, you may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. Contact matnickir@gmail.com.

7. Children

This site is not directed at children under 16.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The date above will change accordingly.
