This Privacy Policy explains how Matthias Kirchner (“we”, “us”) processes personal data when you visit unikhorne.dev and related UNIKHORNE projects linked from this site.

Portfolio site. unikhorne.dev is a project overview. Products on their own domain (WarEra Tools, Ulveth, Dropforge, TradeNations) may have their own privacy policy, see section 3. The arcade games and Bodypump Stats are served from this domain and are covered by this policy.

2. unikhorne.dev (this site)

When you visit the landing page, we may process:

Server logs — IP address, browser type, requested URL, and timestamp (standard nginx access logs on our VPS).
No cookies — the landing page itself does not set tracking cookies or require login.
Links — a card that points to another domain takes you off this site, and the destination service applies its own policy. The arcade tile stays on unikhorne.dev; see section 3 for what those games store.

Legal basis (GDPR): legitimate interest in operating and securing the website (Art. 6(1)(f)).

3. UNIKHORNE projects

Products reached from the landing page process additional data. Those on their own domain do so under their own policy; what is served from unikhorne.dev is described here:

WarEra Tools (warera.unikhorne.dev) — web suite + UNIKHORNE Bot on Discord. Privacy: warera.unikhorne.dev/privacy
Ulveth (ulveth.online) — browser game; no account on the public prototype.
Dropforge (dropforge.unikhorne.dev) — browser game; no account required.
Arcade games (unikhorne.dev/arcade): seven small games served from this domain, no account and no login. Three of them (Diggy, Jackpot.exe, PixelKick) send nothing to a server at all. The other four keep a server-side record so that leaderboards and saved progress survive a reload: Coil and Moonset store a random guest ID, the display name you choose yourself, and your run results; Hoardling stores a guest ID and your save state; Bounty Dash shows the public WarEra profile you play as (user ID, username, avatar, country) and offers an opt-out that removes you from the daily board. The guest ID is generated in your browser, kept in local storage, linked to no email address, and clearing site data ends it.
Bodypump Stats (unikhorne.dev/bodypump) — login-protected gym stats; session cookies for authenticated users only.

Discord community — discord.gg/NZFnjtZtPZ is hosted by Discord Inc.

4. Hosting & processors

Hetzner Online GmbH — VPS hosting in Germany (unikhorne.dev and several sub-services).
GitHub — source code hosting (no visitor data from this page).

We do not sell personal data.

5. Retention

Web server logs — typically rotated after a few weeks (server default).
Project-specific data — see the respective product privacy policy.

6. Your rights

If you are in the EU/EEA, you may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. Contact matnickir@gmail.com.

7. Children

This site is not directed at children under 16.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The date above will change accordingly.
