These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of unikhorne.dev operated by Matthias Kirchner (“we”, “us”). By visiting the site, you agree to these Terms.

Portfolio hub. These Terms cover the unikhorne.dev landing page and what is served under it, including the arcade games. Products on their own domain have their own terms, especially warera.unikhorne.dev/terms for WarEra Tools and the UNIKHORNE Bot.

1. The site

unikhorne.dev is a non-commercial project overview listing UNIKHORNE software experiments and tools. Most of what it lists runs on its own domain. Two things are served from unikhorne.dev itself: the arcade games and Bodypump Stats. There are no paid features anywhere, and no account is needed to play an arcade game.

2. Linked services

When you follow a link to WarEra Tools, Ulveth, Dropforge, TradeNations, GitHub, Ko-fi, or Discord, you leave this site and are subject to that service’s terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or availability. The arcade games and Bodypump Stats stay on unikhorne.dev and are covered by these Terms.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

attack, overload, or scrape the site beyond normal browsing;
attempt unauthorized access to our infrastructure;
use the site for unlawful purposes or to infringe others’ rights;
misrepresent affiliation with UNIKHORNE or listed projects.

4. Intellectual property

UNIKHORNE branding, layout, and original content on this page are © Matthias Kirchner unless stated otherwise. Third-party names (WarEra, Discord, etc.) belong to their respective owners.

5. Disclaimer

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. Project status labels (“online”, “soon”) are indicative only and may change without notice.

6. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THIS SITE OR LINKED THIRD-PARTY SERVICES. Mandatory consumer rights under German law remain unaffected.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. For consumers in the EU, mandatory protections in your country of residence still apply. Courts in Germany have jurisdiction where permitted.
